Comments are:
Coordinate with the City of Coppell Parks Department regarding the construction of the proposed drainage
swale and proposed grading south of the site.
Provide documentation of that department's approval of the proposed grading work including the removal
of any off-site trees. The portion of the swale conveying
Drainage toward Bethel Road should be designed through Lot 2 instead of the adjacent lot.
