Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 The City of Coppell Panel assembled for the review of the Engineers Request for Proposals for Sandy Lake Road has completed their task. After much discussion and review of the presentations and the data submitted, the Panel has selected a finn to pursue a design contract with. We are in preliminary negotiations with that finn and it is anticipated that the design contract will be awarded at the June 22, 1993 City Council meeting. On behalf of the Panel assembled for Sandy Lake Road, I would personally like to commend you for the tremendous amount of work and effort put into your proposal and presentation. Because of the very good presentations by each finn the task by the Panel was made more difficult. Again, thank you for your- interest in the City of Coppell.
