The enclosed is to confirm our phone conversation on 6/20/85, during which
you gave your consent for the above mentioned encroachment. General Homes
requires that a release from all utility companys with access to a city
easement be given to the buyer before they close on the home. If you would
prepare such a release on behalf of your company it would be a great help
to us in our effort to close these homes in the month of June. This problem
has just been realized and anything you can do to expedite matters will be
greatly appreciated. If you would call our office at 462-1OO6, we would
prefer to pick up the release by hand as soon as possible. Please forgive
the inconvience and cai1 if there is any problem.
