Staff has performed a bond walk through for the above referenced
subdivisions and has forwarded to the Construction Inspector the
attached punch list with all of the defieciencies found. Please

Bond Walk Through - Pecan Valley/Lodge Road
The following items were found to be deficient in our recent walk
through:
- Routed crack @ inlet not sealed on Pecan Hollow
- Sidewalk cracked near inlet on Lodge Road between
Pecan Hollow and Park Valley
- 6' of walk needs to be replaced on Lodge Road @ Park Valley
- Random crack in curb in radius @ Beaver Run and Park Valley
- Curb popped out both sides at expansion joint north
of inlet on Lodge
- Eastside of inlet approach breaking on north end
- Approach to Sandy Lake has two(2) random cracks
- Sidewalk west side across from Hitchcocks driveway broken
at GTE manhole
- Sidewalk southwest corner Park Valley/Lodge Road cracked
Please make sure the contractor(s) receive a copy of this list in
order to insure that these issues are addressed.

Pecan Ridge Bond Walk Through
Staff performed a bond walk on the above referenced project and
found the following deficiencies;
Random cracks throughout the entire project; i.e., 350
Tanglewood, 342 Tanglewood(extends up the curb), 335
Tanglewood, 129 Trailwood, too many to list. Entire project
needs to be routed and sealed.
Please make sure that the contractor(s) are aware of these
deficiencies and that they are addressed.
