Final Acceptance and Final Payment
Dear Mr. Meadors:
As per our earlier telephone conversation, please provide necessary
documents on the above referenced traffic signal project, stated in the
contract documents and specifications, Section 01700, "contract
closeout." (See attached.)
I am also providing you with sample documents on one of the City's
previous traffic signal projects, for references. Upon receipt of this
information, it is our intent to place this item on the February 11, 1992
City Council agenda for approval of final payment and acceptance. In
order to do so, we need the support material by January 30, 1992.
