As discussed in our December 21 st meeting, Halff Associates is in the process of completing the
Meadows-Stage I and II construction plans and the Brooks Lane Diversion Preliminary Design.
Please find enclosed originals of the Meadows Stage II Diversion construction plans, documents
and easement legal description and drawing. One set of bluelines, a bound mock-up of the
Construction Specifications, Contract Documents, and a diskette containing the Word Perfect spec
and contract files is also provided.
As per your comments, the City of Coppell Standard Details have been removed from the set of
construction drawings. Please note that a special junction box is required at the connection of
the 54" and 36" RCP's and the 5'x 4' reinforced concrete box. Design of this junction structure
is beyond the scope of our current contract. However, it may be possible to utilize the City's
Standard Type B manhole with some minor modifications.
An updated estimate of probable construction cost is not included. Our previous estimate (see
7-1-93 letter) included only minor sidewalk and landscape repairs. Residential development
through Waterside Estates along Westwind Drive may significantly increase the landscape repair
and/or utility relocation budgets.
Thank you for your help in finalizing these projects. The Stage II and Brooks Lanes plans will
be provided over the next month. An invoice for the balance of the Meadows Stage II contract
is also enclosed.

BEGINNING at a point for the intersection of the south right-of-way line of Woodmoor
(50' right-of-way) and the east right-of-way line of Meadowglen Circle (50' right-of-way), said

THENCE South 89 degrees 29 minutes 26 seconds East, along said south right-of-way line
