Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Both vaults need locks and hasps welded to lids.
Existing fire hydrant on Denton Tap side-valve needs to be
straightened (cannot turn valve).
3. Vault on Denton Tap side needs to be cleaned out.
4. Locate domestic service & locate future service;make sure
o
fitting is exposed & gravel in bottom.
Clean out sewer cleanout box.
Irrigation meter needs to have brass threaded fittings between
meter and check valve.
7. Open manhole so it can be inspected (its stuck closed).
Need marking on curb for all meter cans, valves, fire
fire hydrants, vaults, clean-outs.
