Dear Mr. Hynek:
The City of Coppell is in receipt of both maintenance bonds from Austin
Paving Company and Lanzo Construction Company along with the as-built
drawings.
Representatives of Ginn, Inc. and the City of Coppell have found the
project to be in compliance with City requirements. August 21, 1985
will be the termination date of the one-year maintenance of the project.
Upon receipt of this acceptance letter, General Homes may proceed with
construction of the home building in Parkwood Section I.
