We have reviewed the above referenced submittal for
conformance to the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
The engineers for the project, Threadgill-Dowdey and
Associates, have addressed all items in our letter of
August 12, 1985, to our satisfaction.
We recommend that final plat and plans be placed on the next
Council agenda for approval, subject to completion of a few
minor items.
