We are enclosing two (2) marked-up sets of construction plans of the
screening wall, landscaping and irrigation plan for the Pecan Valley and
Pecan Ridge Estates additions to the City of Coppell. Please make the
corrections noted and return the mark-ups with your next submittal.
Prom the irrigation plans, the water impact fee is calculated as follows:

PECAN RIDGE ESTATES
Lodge Road 1" meter = $1,650,
Pecan Valley Ct. 3/4" meter = $660
Pecan Hollow Dr. 3/4' meter = $660
Oak Crest Ct. 3/4" meter=S660
Sandy Lake Rd. 1" meter =$1,650,
Lodge Rd. 1" meter = $1,650.

*2.5 ESU X $660 Per ESU = $1,650
Please provide a check in the amounts indicated above made payable to the
City of Coppell and forward it to the attention of Ms. Carolyn Bebermeyer,
Finance Department. The water impact fees must be paid prior to release
of the irrigation plans for construction. Please submit a copy of your
paid receipt to this office.
