State Highway 121 Water Line
Gentlemen:
On August 26, 1999, Mr. John Walter, an adjacent property owner along the southeast side of State Highway
121, contacted us. Mr. Walter reports that materials for the construction of the water line project have been
stored on his property with out his prior approval. From his description, the material stockpile is in the
vicinity of project centerline station 34+00 to 36+00.
As we discussed in the pre-construction conference, you are responsible for coordinating and obtaining your
staging areas on this project. Please look into this matter immediately. You may contact Mr. Walter at the
