Attached please find nine (9) approved sets of final construction plans
for the above referenced project. You will also find a list of the
development fee assessment related to this project, dated June 14, 1991.
Please provide a check in the amount of $177,572.13 made payable to the
City of Coppell and forward it to the attention of Ms. Carolyn Bebermeyer,
Finance Department, no later than July 12, 1991.

Utility District %1 this fee shall be assessed, but shall not be
collected until such time as an interlooal agreement is made
between the City and MUD.

Park Fee
Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $8.700.00
Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = $
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer~
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% r~m~ining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates.
