SunWest Excavating, Inc.
Arrived at the job site. Observed the removal of 288 cubic
yards of diesel contaminated soils from the stockpiles at
Block "A", Lot 12. Soil~ were loaded onto trucks operated by
GLPTru~king and transported to tho Laidlaw Sanitary Landfill
in Fort Worth, Texas. Waste Movement Records accompanied each
load, which were signed by myself, the truck driver, and the
landfill. All record~ were collected upon return, and will
be included in the final assessment report. Additional non-
contaminated debris was also transported off-site for disposal
to Flower Mound, Texas. Departed job site.

SunWest Excavating, Inc.
Arrived at the Job site aB scheduled for contaminated soil
removal. No Haul Trucks had arrived at the job site. The
operator for SunWest departed the Job site since no trucks
were present to transport the impacted soil for disposal. At
10:30 AM the decision was made by Mr. Ron Fraze to postpone
operations until Friday, 11-08-91. Departed job site.
