Water and sanitary sewer availability to serve proposed
~pecaa~!~Ridge Estates.(58 lots) and Pecan Valley (52 lots), City
of Coppell, Texas.
Dear Mr. Fraze:
As requested, I have reviewed the City of Coppell Sanitary Sewer
and Water Distribution Plan to ascertain that service is available
to serve the approximately 110 lot plans referenced above.
There are water facilities in Sandy Lake Road (16" main) and Lodge
Road (8" main). There is an existing 10" sanitary sewer main in
Lodge Road, which should accommodate these two projects which are
within this service basin. However, to tie into this 10" sanitary
sewer line, would require annexation into the Coppell Municipal
Utility District #1.
