SunWest Excavating, Inc.
Travelled to the Job site for the purpose of visually
inspecting the removal of foreign debris from freshly placed
fill, and testing compaction Of fill with nuclear gauge.
Also, monitoring the removal of stockpiled waste material,
keeping log and filling out transport certificates. Two (2)
Moisture/Density tests taken on first llft at Block "A", Lot
10 and 11. Both lots passed. Four (4) tests taken in street
on Beaver Run Drive, sixth and eighth lift. All passed.
Met with Krs. Linda Veronich with The City of Coppell. She
reqllested the remaining stockpiled material be covered to
prevent leaking into uncontaminated material. The request was
passed on to Mr. Ron Fraze of Everfine / Gateway Partnership,
Mr. Bill Anderson of Dan Dowdey & Associates and Mr. Ken
Blanton of SunWest Excavatingb~Mr. David W. Martin of Geo-
