screening wail, landscaping and irrigation plan for the Pecan Valley and
Pecan Ridge Estates additions to the City of Coppell. Please make the
corrections noted and return the mark-ups with your next submittal.
From the irrigation plans, the water impact fee is calculated as follows:

City of Coppell an8 forward it to the attention of Ms. Carolyn Beberfaeyer,
Finance Department. The water impact fees must be paid prior to release
of the irrigation plans for construction. Please submit a copy of your
paid receipt to this office.
