* Note: If property to be developed is in the Coppell Municipal
Utility District %1 this fee shall be assessed, but shall not be
collected until such time as an interlocal agreement is made
between the City and MUD.
Water Tap Inspection Fee
52 Connections @ $100.00 each = $5,200.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
Sewer Tap Inspection Fee
52 Connections 6.$100.00 each = $5,200.00
100% due prior to issuance of building permit.
Street Lighting Fee
Shall be assessed and paid prior to final acceptance of project.
Note: This fee cannot be assessed until after TU Electric submits
the lighting plan for the proposed project.
Street Signs Fee
See attached Street sign assessment sheet.
100% due prior to final acceptance of project.
Park Fee
52 Residential Lots at $150.00 each = $7,800.00
N/A Units (Multi family) at $75.00 each = N/A
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates.
