The purpose of this letter is for notification that the above
listed project will require warrant work under your one year
maintenance bond.
1. 2 cracks in the curb and gutter on the north side-
rout and seal
2. 2 cracks around the valve stack running into the curb and
gutter on the north side- rout and seal
3. Hairline crack on the south side from the street to the
pavers- rout and seal
4. Hairline crack on the south side in the curb and gutter-
rout and seal
5. Pavers on the east side of trail sinking in (2' x 3')
to %10 tee
Please respond and make repairs as soon as possible.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please advise.
