Dear Rey:
Thank you for your telephone call of April 13, 1994. At that time,
you indicated you were turning our estimate over to Universal
Electric, the general contractor on the job, and they were
attempting to secure a contractor that would complete the scope of
repairs and cost based on our estimate with one exception. You did
indicate that we did not include a figure for traffic safety. If
there are any additional dollar amounts and items that were not
included in our original estimate, please advise, and we can
discuss the differences and arrive at a dollar agreement.
