Dear Jerry,
Tom Ryden copied to me a letter he sent you on July 28 with reference to your request
for construction of an at-grade railroad crossing in Riverchase.
Although at face value, the City of Coppell has no opposition to the crossing, we would
want to review the license agreement before signing-off on the project. Steve Goram, our
Director of Public Works, further states that the crossing should be rubberized.
Since we are all interested in the outcome of your deliberations with DART, please keep
us apprised of your progress, and if there is any way we can assist you in this endeavor,
please ask for our aid.
