Dear Mr. Harrell:
Thank you for the copies of the easeraents which are contained in the River-
chase Lake areas. It is our understanding that the lakes are andwill remain
the property of the Riverchase develop~ent and will be maintained by River-
chase. This statement is made to insure that the access and maintenance
easements noted on those plans have no inference to the effect that the
City of Ceppell will maintain that easement or the lake within the property
of the Riverchase development. Please respond back to me if this statement
is inaccurate by Oct. 28, 1988. If no response is received, I will asstm~
that this statement is correct and city's response will be in accordance
with this statement.
