In reviewing these plans I feel that the easements given for drainage
purposes are adequate. I do not feel that any of the easements
including the ones surrounding the perimeter of the lakes, which
are labeled as an access and maintenance easement, will require
maintenance by City forces. The lakes so far are still the property
of Riverchase and the easements surrounding them were given to
restrict construction of structures to the lake's edge.
