Dear Sir:
Please consider this letter of intent and copy of executed con-
tract for landscaping at Riverchase Golf Club as necessary compliance
for immediate issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy.
As stated in the contract, landscaping is to be fully completed
by November 11, 1988 and is as specified in the plans and specifica-
tions approved at the time our building permit was issued.
If you have any questions please contact me at 445-0334. We
plan to begin operations as announced on Thursday, October 20th,
1988.
