On 6/16/88, the City of Coppell performed a final walk through
inspection for Riverchase Dr. Phase I. The following items will
need to be resolved prior to acceptance of this project:
Water Utility Department
5 + 00 Clean invert of manhole of marked curb
7 + 00 Valve on north side of street needs 4' extension
7 + 00 Valve on south side of street needs to be cleaned

9 + 50 Install plug in C. 0.
19 + 98 Locate Line "C" C. O.
12 + 00 Valve on north side of street needs 4' extension
15 + 00 Manhole Line "C" clean invert
17 + 00 Valve on north side of street needs 4' extension
10 + 00 Manhole Line "C" clean invert
22 + 00 Valve on north side of street needs 4' extension
24 + 55 (Fairway Dr.) Valve on north side of street,
paint lid
27 + 00 Valve on north side of street needs 4' extension
33 + 55 Valve on south side of street needs to be reset
and needs 4' extension
Street Department
69 + 25 Patch and mud ball hole
Reseal expansion joint
59 + 90 Repair broken concrete rip-rap
Clean dirt out of pipe
38 + 89 Clean out both inlets
Fire Department
1) Ail fire hydrants need to be oiled
2) Fire hydrant 2 + 00 needs repainting
Developmental Inspections Department
1) Construction of wall on north side of Riverchase Drive
and golf course
2) Construction of sidewalk south side of Riverchase Drive
