Letter From Jay Patterson, Dated March 17, 1988
I believe that each one of you received a copy of Mr. Patterson's
letter, but no attachment's were included. Therefore, please find
attached the documentation that was referenced in items number three (3)
through eleven (1I). Items number one (1) and two (2) are plans that
are of such a large nature that copying them would be virtually
impossible; therefore, they will be retained in my office.
I am requesting that you review the attached documentation. I am also
requesting that you bring any additional information, that you consider
pertinent, to a meeting scheduled for April 6, 1988, at 1:30 p.m., in
Mr. Ratliff's office. The purpose of the meeting will be to determine
if Mr. Patterson does or does not have a legitimate claim.
Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please don't
hesitate to call me.
