MacArthur Blvd. - South Landscaping of Median
Steve, when we did the final walk-thru for this project, one of the items
listed was the replacement of irrigation and landscaping removed during the
widing of MacArthur Blvd., south of Beltline.
I have had several meetings with Terra, Nathan Maier, and Allen Johnston
of CMA. Through these meetings it was revealed that Janet Vick of Nathan
Maier had instructed Allen Johnston to have all landscaping and irrigation
(less piping) removed from the bridge to Beltline Road. I questioned this
because the construction area involved only the first median, south of Beltline
approximately ¼ the distance from Beltline to bridge.
In the last meeting with Terra and Nathan Maier, it was to agree that plans
for repair and replacement of the irrigation line and a landscaping plan
be submitted; City of Coppell Park Foreman would review and respond to pro-
posed plan. This was done and all indeed now is the Park Foreman to tell
me what they have done is to his satisfaction.
