24" Water Main - MacArthur Boulevard
On the date Nathan Maier billed the City of Coppell for water
line improvement, I researched City Council minutes and found
a stipulation of payment not to exceed the cost for the
oversizing of the line from 12" to 24".
I have researched all files and records available and cannot
find any change order or written command to substitute ductile
iron pipe for reinforced concrete cylinder pipe.
Per Frank's request at the time of billing, I researched all
of Ed Powell's old files and found nothing that implied the
City ordered the change.
