Easements should be fire lane and access easements only, not drainage and utility
easements.
Fees will be assessed and forwarded to the Engineering Department at a later date.
Landscape and irrigation details are necessary for this project associated with park
development.
Irrigation controllers are required to have rain sensors, freeze protectors, and surge
protectors.
Irrigation meters will need to be assessed for fees associated with development.
Parkland Dedication Ordinance will be in effect; i.e., $1,285.00 per dwelling unit or
one acre per 100 dwelling units.
