1. Construction:
Ail streets anti alleys shall be e~z~cted in accordance with the General De~i~n Standards
of the city of Carrotlton, the ~OG Standnrds and Specifications for Public Works
Construction, and all other a~ codez and ordinances of the dry of Carrollton.

Whenever any subdivisien within the city is developed adjacent to an arterial or
eeilso~r thoroughfare, as ~ted on the Transportntion PI~, the developer shtll,

to the lubdivision be improved, the city may construct such improvements, if funds
