Beltline- MacArthur Intersection Update
The opening of Beltline/ MacArthur intersection has been delayed until the
week of August 17, 1987 due to the following:
· Two weeks lost in design changes (drafting errors).
· Rescheduling and rebidding the installation of buttons/stripes.
· Railroad crew had emergency repairs in Tyler.
As of this date, the following have been accomplished:
· Plans have been corrected and approved.
· Bids received and approved by Terra.
· Contractors earliest start date is August 17, 1987.
· Railroad crew to return to the site this week.
The completion should take place the week of August 17, 1gB7.
