RE: Water/Sanitary Sewer Availability and Garbage Disposal for Property North of
Beltline Road just West of MacArthur in Coppell, Texas
Dear Mr. Brown:
Per our discussion, I am sending this letter to verify water and sanitary sewer availability in
the above referenced area. There are water and sanitary sewer lines adjacent to the property;
a 30" sewer line on tile south side, an 8" sewer on the east side along MacArthur, and a 24"
water line on tile east side of MacArthur. These lines are available for the above referenced
property to tie into.
You had also asked that [ verity garbage service would be available to this property. It is
my understanding that garbage service is available to any property within the City of
Coppell.
