We would like to take this opportunity to update you on the
progress of our Riverchase development. Enclosed is our latest
brochure for your review. We are very proud of Riverchase and
believe its many amenities will greatly enhance the City of
Coppell.
MacArthur Boulevard will be opening soon through Riverchase. We
are in negotiations for completion of the golf course this year
by an experienced golf course operator. Weather permitting, and
at our current schedule, filling of Riverchase and completion of
Riverchase Drive from MacArthur to the clubhouse site should be
finished this year.
We are excited that Riverchase development continues forward at a
time when demand for single family homes is strong in Coppell.
