Please find enclosed a final invoice for Jensen Construction, bid tabu-
lation sheet, "Record Drawings", and City Council meeting minutes.
The City Council approved reimbursement for additional cost incurred for
installation of a 24" water main instead of a 12" water main. The cost
difference is $134,885.98. The attached calculation sheet is for your refe-
rence.
