Re: Drainage Easement on D.P.& L. Co. Property for Riverchase Project
Dear Mr. Favre:
This is in response to your request to construct a box culvert and drainage
ditch on Dallas Power & Light C~pany's right of way at Riverchase Drive.
Based on the inspection of the site and review of the plans prepared by Nathan
D. Maier, Engineer, this project appears to be inconsistent with our use of
the right of way.
Please be assured that we will continue to cooperate in granting right of way
for street and utility crossings with minimal conflict to existing or future
electrical facilities, as we have in the past for the develolanent of adjacent
land. Should you need any further information in regard to this matter or
wish to discuss an alternate plan, please feel free to call us.
