We are bidding MacArthur Boulevard with a 12" water line and an alternate
w~th a 24" water line, per our phone conversation. It is our understanding
that if the city requires the 24" water line to be installed the developer
will be reimbursed for the difference in cost of the 24" water line and the
]2" water line.
