Listed below are Streets Division comments relative to the
Maintenance Bond inspection:
1. Broken area at intersection of West Peninsula Drive and
MacArthur and cracks in intersection; rout and seal or replace.
2. Sidewalk along MacArthur, second panel north of West
Peninsula; take out and replace and do same for 18th panel.
3. Several cracks on West Peninsula Drive; rout and seal (in
curb also).
4. Sidewalk along Denton Creek several panels cracked up.
5. Crack in front of 723 and 708 Bent Tree; rout and seal.
6. Water ponding 739 Northshore and between 736 and 740
Northshore.
7. Cracks around sanitary sewer manhole in front of 713 East
Peninsula Dr. and curb cracked in front of house at 707 East
Peninsula.
8. Large cracks at intersection of East Peninsula and
MacArthur.
Note: No erosion problems were found.
