A temporary letter of release is being provided for the construction of the off-site sanitary sewer
adjacent to the east side of MacArthur Blvd.
The utility construction/maintenance bonds have been received; however, at this time: 1) the
construction inspection fee; and 2) the Erosion Control/Maintenance Bonds have not been
forwarded to the City of Coppell Engineering Division. Upon receipt of these items, a 15real
acceptance letter will be issued by this office.
Please provide the construction inspection fee and the Erosion Control/Maintenance Bonds as
