Impact Fee Notices

Because of possible lack of quorum for the January 10th City Council meeting, I request that
you discard and not run the public notices "Notice of Public Hearing on Amendment of Impact
Fees" and "Notice of Public Hearing on Adoption of Impact Fees" that you currently have.
With this memo are revised notices that should be run concurrently for three consecutive weeks
beginning December 16th, continuing December 23rd and December 30th. The next City
Council meeting will be January 24th, 1995.

"NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES"
A Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on January 24, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the Amendment of Land Use
Assumptions, Capital Improvement Plan and the imposition of an Impact Fee.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the Public Hearing to present
evidence either for or against the Amendment of the Land Use Assumptions, Capital
Improvement Plan and the imposition of an Impact Fee.

ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES"
ON
A Public Heating will be held at 7:30 p.m. on January 24, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the imposition of an Impact Fee.
The amount of the proposed Impact Fee is $300.00 per service unit for Zones 1-7, 9 &
10 and $73.00 per service unit for Zone 8.
Any member of the public has the fight to appear before at the Public Hearing to
present evidence either for or against the Capital Improvement Plan and the proposed
Impact Fee.
