The Master Plan proposed hike and bike trail affects this property. The developer has
proposed an alternate to the Master Plan and presently the Parks Board is considering
the proposal.
Issues are:
a. location of the proposed trail is not within the proposed platted property.
b. the trail is located in the drainage channel of the Denton County Levee
Improvement District.
The Park Board will reconsider this item at the April 18, 1994, meeting.
Will need information regarding proposed sanitary sewer lift station.
