Impact Fee Notices
November 18, 1994
Upon reviewing the November 18th Citizens Advocate, I noticed that the public notice entitled
"Notice of Public Hearing on Adoption of Impact Fees" was not included. The City had
requested that public notice, along with the public notice entitled "Notice of Public Hearing on
Amendment of Impact Fees" be run concurrently for three consecutive weeks. Only one of them
was included in the November 18th paper. Because of notification requirements, we can no
longer meet our schedule of going to City Council on December 13th. Therefore, we have to
start the notification process over.
Included with this memo, please find a copy of a public notice entitled "Notice of Public
Hearing on Adoption of Impact Fees". This is the public notice for the roadway impact fees.
It should be run in the paper on November 25th, December 2nd and December 9th.
Also, included with this memo is a copy of a public notice entitled "Notice of Public Hearing
on Amendment of Impact Fees" this is the public hearing for the water and sewer impact fees.
This was included in the November 18th newspaper. Therefore, it should be run, along with
the aforementioned one, for the weeks of November 25th and December 2nd.
These are two separate and distinct projects and public notices. Therefore, as stated, they
should be run concurrently on the dates mentioned above.

AMENDMENT OF IMPACT FEES"
ON
A Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on January 10, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the Amendment of Land Use
Assumptions, Capital Improvement Plan and the imposition of an Impact Fee.
Any member of the public has the right to appear at the Public Hearing to present
evidence either for or against the Amendment of the Land Use Assumptions, Capital
Improvement Plan and the imposition of an Impact Fee.

ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES"
A Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on January 10, 1995 in the City Council
Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the imposition of an Impact Fee.
The amount of the proposed Impact Fee is $300.00 per service unit for Zones 1-7, 9 &
10 and $73.00 per service unit for Zone 8.
Any member of the public has the right to appear before at the Public Hearing to
presem evidence either for or against the Capital Improvement Plan and the proposed
Impact Fee.
