As you may know, I resigned my position with JBM Engineers & Planners effective
October 24, 1994. I moved to Tyler, Texas and am currently engaged with a consulting
engineering firm there. It has been a good move for me, as Tyler is my home town, and
I have a host of friends and family here. Tyler is a beautiful small town with less of the
trials and tribulations of the big city.
I am sorry to have left JBM without having completed the Traffic Impact Fee Study for
the City of Coppell. I am sure that J.W. and the rest of his staff have the study in good
order and will complete it to the City's satisfaction. The study was a challenge to us and
an enjoyable project on which to work.
I am grateful to have known you and your staff through this project.
Ken, if you are ever in East Texas, come see me. May peace be with you and good luck
during your tenure at the City of Coppell.
