ADOPTION OF IMPACT FEES"

A Public Hearing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on December 13, 1994 in the City Council
Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd., Coppell, Texas.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the imposition of an Impact Fee.
The mount of the proposed Impact Fee is $300.00 per service unit for Zones 1-7, 9 &
10 and $73.00 per service unit for Zone 8.
Any member of the public has the right to appear before at the Public Hearing to
present evidence either for or against the Capital Improvement Plan and the proposed
Impact Fee.
