Sanitary Sewer Services at Riverchase Estates
I have recently run across a problem in one of the newer subdivisions that I have a concern
with. I received a call from Berkey's Plumbing on Wednesday about the depth of the sewer
laterals. The plumber informed me that the lot cleanouts for the lots on either side of
Barrington were as deep as 14 feet in some lots.
The standard for lateral depth is 4' minimum and 6' maximum. For some reason these
services were not placed at the proper grade.
I spoke with Larry Davis regarding this issue and did not get the answer I was looldng for.
I felt that this needed to be brought to your attention.
