long as we have a "Hold Harmless,, statement associated with this
Wall we have no problem with it being placed in the drainage
easement. The agreement must outline the facts that should the
City ever need to access the d~a~n.pipe in this easement it will

HOWever, since the wall is more than 4' high it does require the
approval of the City Engineer. Therefore, I am forwarding the
plans back to you for you to send to Engineering for their
approval.
