Pafford, Utilities Superintendent Walk-through Punchlist for Riverchase Estates - Sewer/Sanitary Sewer This morning a walk-through was conducted on the above referenced project by Utilities field personnel. The following items were found deficient on this project. 2. 3. 4. 5. Lot 29 Block A - Needs pad repoured around clean out. Lot 17 Block A - Fire hydrant bonnet leaking. Lot 11 Block B - Fire hydrant bonnet leaking. Lot 1 Block C - Manhole needs rain pan. Lot 11 Block G - Needs pad poured around main line Valve. Please ensure that each of these items is acceptance of this project. If you have any questions, please advise. HLP/dm 6. Lot 23 Block A - Valve stem risers need reset on valve and stacks straightened. 7. Lot 27 Block A - Lot clean out needs pad repoured. 8. Lot 18 Block A - Lot clean out needs pad repoured. 9. Lot 2 Block B - Clean out lateral needs pipe recut 10. Lot 41 Block A - Pad repoured. 11.
