Draft Capital Improvements Program

JBM Engineers & Planners is in the process of developing a draft Capital Improvements
Program (CIP) related to the referenced project. It is requested that the City of Coppell supply
JBM the following information so that this task may be completed. This information is necessary
primarily so that JBM may assign costs to each of the projects included in the draft CIP.
The information required is as follows:
Typical roadway sections for each classification of roadway in the City of Coppell
thoroughfare plan (i.e. C4D, P6D, etc.). Elements of the typical section should
include rights-of-way requirements, sidewalk, landscaping, utilities, lane and
median widths, pavements types and thickness, curb and gutter types, and/or
other requirements that the City may have for its roadways.
Existing rights-of-way widths on the roadways selected for the draft CIP. JBM
will include rights-of-way costs for each project in the draft CIP.
Attached is a preliminary listing of roadways which will be included in the draft CIP.
Ken, this information will help expedite the completion of this task, and, ultimately the
completion of the project.
