The DeSoto Building Fee Survey was completed in November of 1993. It includes all impact fees for some 16 area cities. Those noted with zero dollars do not charge a roadway impact fee. As we discussed the survey was based on some example developments ofresidental and commercial uses. The total cost of developing in any one of these cities was the purpose of the survey.
