Water B.O. meter can needs to be reset to grade.
Need cap or plug in pipe to inigation curb-stop e~.
Irrigation D.C. needs plugs and test paperwork.
'-~gati°n not to City specs.; no pvc pipe between meter and IXC.
Brass plugs in vaults (large and small).
Paint vault lids blue.
Leak on F.H., southwest comer; needs washer.
Replace top valve stack to south vault.
Need pads around all valves.
Test by-pass D.C. on south vault.
All sewer manholes need rainpans
Paint all manholes lids red.
Two manholes in west drive need chimney seals.
Manhole northwest out of drive: raise and reset chimney seal and rainpan (damaged).
Call 972-462-5150 to schedule Danny Hightower for follow-up walkthru when punch list
complete.
