Subject: Revised assessment for Coppell Securelock location
Andrew, a revision was done to the assessment today that shows a $3,080 refund wil be due from
overpayment of the impact fees for water and wastewater. I understood you to say that the domestic
meter had been paid for also, but no record has been found of that purchase at the Utility Dept. The price
for that meter is now $62.25 instead of the $205.28 quoted in the original assessment. If I misunderstood
and it hasn't been paid for, all that needs to be done is to arrange its purchase at the Municipal Service
Center, 816 S. Coppell Rd. The prices and deposits for the other meters did not change from the original
assessment. Have Tim Platt of PCC contact Debi in our Utilities office for details of meter ordering &
purchase procedures (972)462-5156.
