Dear Mr. Griffin:
During installation of the storm sewer on the referenced project, the proposed storm sewer
system was modified at the direction of the City to accommodate utilization of the existing storm
sewer system. These modifications required the utilization of several additional concrete collars
for connections between storm sewer lines. As a result, EBCC submits the following items for
inclusion on the next change order:
